    Hi,
I want to ask you, smarter than I am about VPN. I want to run VPN client on my home station to connect to pfsense in work, then run VNC client on my home station to connect to workstation on different VLANs configured on pfsense. Is it possible to do it securely with pfsense and how?

Use the wizard to set up an OpenVPN server on pfSense. VPN > OpenVPN > Servers > Wizard. It is self-explanatory.
      Just give it a try.

I agree, use the "OpenVPN Remote Access Server Setup" wizard…. VPN -> OpenVPN -> Wizards

Here is a link to the wiki for more info -> https://doc.pfsense.org/index.php/OpenVPN_Remote_Access_Server
