      Hello,

Due to experiencing 2.3.X being unstable in a Hyper-V environment (https://forum.pfsense.org/index.php?topic=113198.0) I was forced to go back to 2.2.6 to overcome the high packet loss. Once downgrading my installation was rock solid again.

I can now inspect HTTPS traffic perfectly with squid. If I enable the antivirus I get a certificate error from C-ICAP. The error is the certificate has the IP address of the website I'm accessing and not the FQDN. Is there an easy way to have C-ICAP return the FQDN instead of the IP? I could not find it in any setting or scouring the forums.

Snort and Squid3 are the only two packages I have installed.

      Thanks,
      Karun

Sorry, there is no support for packages on pfSense on 2.2.x. Also, the Squid version plus related packages there are extremely outdated and not really offering any of the recent features.
