but at 88 ports routed to 195.175.xxx.xx: 88 but I can not connect in any way to address

I would imagine that this is for a game? What helped me was to make sure that this option is not checked unless you really need it. It's just a guess though. I am able to play Dark Souls Prepare to die and a few other windows live games by just unchecking that option.
