User/pass prompt on Exchange and RDS the first connection

Hello.
I have an HAProxy serving Exchange 2013 and RDS gateway 2012 R2.
Works fine, but always asks the user/password the first time avery day on both services

I suspect that is a HAProxy configuration problem, because during some tests that I bypassed the Haproxy, don't prompt the user/password the first connection.

Somebody know how to fix?

??? Asking for credentials would sound like something normal and expected ???

We mark the "Remember my credentials" on the user/password prompt on Outlook and Remote Desktop Client, but don't works.
It is very annoying for the users.
