Yeah. Disable captive portal and just provide internet.

You can whitelist any MAC Adress in captive portal, is this a option for you?

I have set them up before with a page that only had a 'terms of service' page, with a single "I agree" button. Guests had to agree to the terms to continue, but there was no username/password requirement.
I've also whitelisted MAC addresses of devices which needed to bypass all that and just connect directly to the internet. -
Just set "No authentication" in the portal and make a button that says proceeed.
No magic there.
