Bug pfsense 2.3.2 squid transparent mode

When in transparent mode with pfsense 2.3.2 traffic keeps on looping. I fix this by not to include 128.0.0.1 traffic to be transparent by adding this rule
no rdr on em1 inet proto tcp from 127.0.0.0/8 to any port = 3128 -
plz explain in steps how can i do this

Plus, the firewall rules have been redone with https://github.com/pfsense/FreeBSD-ports/pull/305
