squidguard doesn't block porn sites if clicked from within google search result list.. However, it blocks them if I enter the website directly in the address bar. This is same for both http and https sites. I only noticed  this lately. It was working before.

Safe search was turned on under "common ACL"

Running the latest 2.3.3_1 with shallalist, with squid, squidguard, snort and openvpn client services.

    Can someone check and confirm?

    Thanks

    update:
This appears to only affect google search engine. I have tried yahoo, bing and duckduckgo. all of these sites work as expected. duckduckgo is even better, it does not even allow you to search porn content.

it seems this is google's fault. Is there a way to fix this from withing pfsense?

Thanks for checking. It now looks like it is my firewall's fault. Do you have any clue where to look at?

        Thank

This has been very frustrated. I can not even find an inconsistent pattern as what works what does not. I have completed re_installed pfsense and retored the computer from a fresh image. I have also tried on the macmini safari. Nothing seem to work. I really would like to see someone can reproduce this as well.

This worked perfectly well before. I am using the save config file after a fresh re_install of pfsense. I have a feeling this may be related to
          Shallalist.
What are the alternate list I can use for porn block?

          thanks.
