Darkstat - Package is configured but not (fully) installed

Hi all,
I would like to install darkstat on my pfsense 2.3.3-RELEASE-p1.
On Available Packages i've installed the package 3.1.3_4, but i have the following error: Package is configured but not (fully) installed (as you can see in the screenshot).

I'm sorry but, I haven't skills on pfsense, and I'm learning to admin it.
can you help me?

the serivice is up and running but doesn't respond on port 666 http://LANipaddress:666

Solved, i've missed the firewall rule for tcp 666 port for the firewall ip address,
Anyway, any suggestion for the original message "Package is configured but not (fully) installed" is there an issue or not?
