I'm not sure if this is the correct place to report errata for pfSense-book-21draft.pdf. If not, please point me in the correct direction.

In the pfSense-book-21draft.pdf  document, pg. 80:
          Schedules
This option controls whether or not the states are cleared when a scheduled rule transitions into a state
that would block traffic. If checked, connections are terminated when the schedule time has expired.
If unchecked, connections are left alone and will not be automatically closed by the firewall.

Directly conflicts with the desciption in the actual GUI:
          Schedules
          Schedule States
By default schedules clear the states of existing connections when the expiration time has come. This option overrides that behavior by not clearing states for existing connections.

In the "pfSense-book-21draft.pdf " pg. 357:  Configuring Client Side

The setting for the Tunnel Network is missing. After "Shared Key", there should be this line:

          Tunnel Network    Enter 172.31.55.0/30 here.

Without this line, the client does not number it's ovpn interface.
