Is there any intention of moving to net-snmp?

The reason I say is because bsnmp kind of sucks. We had to disable it and install netsnmp for the 'EXTEND' function.
We needed this because we wanted to poll the gmirror, and barnyard2 status via snmp and custom scripts.
I was curious if maybe there was a reason bsnmp was being used? It's rather restrictive and if there maybe a chance net-snmp can make its way in future pfsense revisions.

It's used because it comes with FreeBSD and it's small/light. It does what most people want without involving a lot of extra dependencies (e.g. perl)
net-snmpd would be good to have as a package eventually since there are many things it does better (or at least easier) but the weight of its dependencies is quite large by comparison.

Thanks!

+1 for switching to net-snmp on future releases.

See above. Package? Perhaps, Base? Never.
