I'm sure I'm not the only one whose suffered the consequences of a heavy-fingered mouse movement or clicking in just the wrong place.  I think we could all be saved some grief if some sensitive actions required confirmation.

Examples of WebGUI actions that I think ought to be confirmed: ("Are you sure you want to…")

      • Clear the Log File

      • Change this Interface Assignment

      • Save this File

      • Change these Interface Settings

      • etc…

It just seems like a lot of actions that can have an immediately adverse impact on a production environment are literally one-click away, and while we should always be careful, a little confirmation dialog would be cheap insurance.

(I also apologize if this belongs in the Development forum, I wasn't sure.)
