Config rollback confirmation bug?

On 2.4.2 stable. I clicked the rollback button on a recent config change. The browser displays a JavaScript window requiring confirmation to proceed. I canceled out of the prompt, but the rollback still occurred. How do I go about formally reporting this to investigate/get into the bug queue?
