Authentication from two active directory problem

Dear all

We are university and we have main domain and child domain controller in Microsoft active directory, we made Network Policy and Access Server for each Domain (main domain and child domain) for use in pfsense Captive portal Authentication.

my problem is:
users can not Authentication from two domains (main domain and child domain) in Captive portal for example:

we have user in  main domain named "Staff"
and
we have user in  child domain named "student"

and we have Captive portal  called University_Wireless

when  user "Staff" and "student" authenticate from Captive portal only one can login which Network Policy and Access Server IP write in Primary RADIUS server field .

Please help me
