How to get DNSBL to work

I have installed the pfBlockerNG 2.1.2.2. Follow below two links to setup DNSBL, however trying whois and browse 30-day-change.com, it doesn't block the site. Can someone tell me which steps I missed? Or what blacklist should I use and what website to test.

Got it working via select unbound in DNSBL feed when creating backlist. Also restart pfsense.
