Hi, I installed pfsene (1.2 RC4) on an PC (not live ca) and on an WRAP-Board.

The "idle timeout" doesn´t work at all, only the "hard time out" works correct.

I use this in an public library and it´s necessary to assure this feature is working properly.
Is there a workaround for this bug or any hint for me where to search?

      Thank You.
      Hans

The idle timeout will only work if there is no traffic from that client at all. If the client for example is freuqently checking a popaccount or looking for updates or whatever it will never expire. Are you sure that your client isn't causing any backgroundtraffic?

          Thank you for this advice.
Wireshark shows some traffic, may be becuase of the external syslog-server or firefox-update, …
It works fine without the patchcord.
Never mind, i have to look for another solution but the idle-timer in windows is just for windows-pcs and an more general solution would be fine.
