      Hi,
One website that I use, is being blocked by pfsense.
Inside pfsense network, if I try to access the intouch.techdata.com, I can't open it.

If I ping, I get response.
      PING intouch.techdata.com (192.230.77.204): 56 data bytes
      64 bytes from 192.230.77.204: icmp_seq=0 ttl=57 time=57.666 ms
      64 bytes from 192.230.77.204: icmp_seq=1 ttl=57 time=54.285 ms
      64 bytes from 192.230.77.204: icmp_seq=2 ttl=57 time=55.324 ms

With DNS Lookup, I get response.
      Results
      Result Record type
      192.230.82.204              A
      u8jmr.x.incapdns.net CNAME

      Name server Query time
      192.168.1.1 0 msec
      8.8.8.8         39 msec

If I reboot pfSense, it works for a while.

DNS Fowarder and Resolver are disabled.
      pfSense version is 2.3.5.
DNS Server: 192.168.1.1 (my WinServer DNS) and 8.8.8.8.

      Can anyone help, please?
      Thank you.

Do you have snort or squid installed? Both of these have their own rules independent of pfSense.
