PfBlocker firewall rules keep rearranging themselves??

Si I just started using the blocker. I made two lists, a blacklist and a whitelist.
In the rules I had to drag the whitelist above the blacklist.
Now, everyday, it goes back to the blacklist on top.
No apparent reason for it to do this that I can tell.
Is this happening to anyone else?
Is it a known bug?

There is a "Firewall 'Auto' Rule Order" setting.
Click on the infoblocks for more info.

If no settings works for your setup, change the action setting for your table to Alias type, then create your own rules using those aliases.
