Get info for new lease via SNMP

Hi there,

just a quick question. I've got a use case where I'd like to be informed if pfSense is providing a new lease that's not in static ARP table. Would you perform this over SNMP and if YES should I perform this via the [ipAddrTable] (.1.3.6.1.2.1.4.20)?
