Either install squid + squidguard, or pfBlocker.

Sorry but I don't have the time nor the desire to lead you step by step through it all. Install the package. Either play with it and learn or watch/read some training material. Netgate has a YouTube video on pfBlocker but the audio is terrible. There are plenty of other sites that teach you how to configure pfBlocker.
