Empty file, Adding '1.1.1.1' to avoid download failure.

I found the above line in the log file of the pfBlockerNG update.
Obviously this was put in before the DNS server 1.1.1.1 was made available to the public.
The fix is to remove the source that creates this error, but oviously would be ideal if this was removed in the back end of the application.

This is fixed in the pfBlockerNG-devel version where the empty file placeholder is defaulted to 127.1.7.7 and is also customizable as required.
