squidGuard and multiple days bug?
-
I'm trying to define a rule to block certain sites on weekdays on certain hours.
However whatever I do, the UI always writes the last rule in the configuration file, and the filter is built from that last rule only. This is a test rule I defined:
This is the rule I see in the log.
time Homework {
weekly thu 23:00-23:15
}Whatever order I place the days, I always get the last one.
Any ideas?

Hello Maoravni.
I meet exactly the same issue : only the last line entered in the "Times" rule is kept in the SquidGuard configuration.
Like you, the only line I can see in the "log/Filter config" page is the last entered as you can see below :
I think it is a bug in the new SquidGuard package.
My Config :
-
pfsense version :
2.4.4-RELEASE (amd64)
built on Thu Sep 20 09:03:12 EDT 2018
FreeBSD 11.2-RELEASE-p3 -
Squid package version :
0.4.44_5 (with squid-3.5.27_3) -
SquidGuard package version (very last version) :
1.16.18 (with squidguard-1.4_15)

Thanks for the confirmation.
I’m only starting to get my hands dirty with pfsense and thought I was doing something wrong.
I’ve edited the title to reflect that this is might be a bug.

Yes. I hope this issue will be fixed, as fast as the blacklist issue.

Confirmed. Last entry is all that is in the config.

Should be fixed in the latest squidGuard package (x.x.18_1)

Solved indeed.
Thanks for the quick fix.
