looks even more ugly when using a dark theme since the footer is clueless about themes.

Mmm, not great on a dark theme such as as the one I use. Passed that along.

It is easy to remove with AdBlock though. 😉

          Hummmm.
So I'm not the only one using a ark theme then.

@gertjan Yup, my eyes can't take bright themes. I'm also hoping to one day get the little reply icon changed as it's all white on dark themes and you can't read it.

@kom You're not alone! I was hoping that someone would address these issues right after we were blessed with this new forum thingy. I was wrong.

Who created the color presets available? No dark theme is without readability problems, some more, some worse.
I would think that who-ever wrote this thingy would offer a working dark theme sooner or later. Not?

Hmmm, on "Slate" it's quite readable. At least with Firefox. Though I really can't warm up with the new forum, especially the crunched together main page.

Yes, I use Slate but there are other things there that are equally unreadable. 😞

I miss the old forums. ☹

I've warmed up to the new forum, but these visual glitches should have been taken care of within the first month of rollout.
