I am facing this error when trying to send posts from an uncommon ISP. Would it be possible to unban 212.129.5.0/24 ?
As far as i know, i didn't post any spam or controversial comments...

212.129.5.0
Sorry but I show
212.129.0.0/18
As TOXIC and listed in the stopforumspam.com database..I would suggest you work with your ISP to get their netblock removed... Or if your ISP uses a subblock of this /18 from the owners delegate the space to them correctly so that that their good users don't get lumped into the bad traffic they allow for with other customers.
Have your ISP
https://www.stopforumspam.com/removalBTW - that netblock is on tons of lists - TONS!!! This is just a few..
Your ISP has a lot of work to do to get their rep cleaned up... Sorry..

Sorry but I show
212.129.0.0/18
As TOXIC and listed in the stopforumspam.com database..212.129.0.0/18 belong to Illiad (which is better known as free.fr or by its old name proxad.net ...it's one of the 3 main French ISP in France). I guess this IP block in particular is mainly used by the commercials servers, VPS offers and peering offers of Illiad ( online.net ).
I am not 100% sure, but i think my ISP (which is very small, close to corporate ISP) is actually renting a /24 to illiad (or maybe there's a site-to-site VPN / MPLS between my ISP and Illiad ? Dunno...)
Anyway, i went on https://www.stopforumspam.com/removal to have a look and.... LOL
"WE WILL NOT REMOVE ANY LISTING FOR IP ADDRESSES LISTED ON PROXAD/IIARD (FRANCE)". I am currently not connecting from a free.fr / Proxad IP, so this message is probably displayed to everybody xD
Well, i don't exactly know why stopforumspam.com is supermad at Free but...at least, i know where the problem does come from.
Not sure if it is possible but...may i request an username bypass ? I would understand if you can't / don't really want through. It's not really your fault is my relay ISP is not "bankable".
(PS : if stopspamforum ever see my message : it's *Illiad, not iirad )

Again that was just 1 list... that /18 is listed on multiple lists...
Here is how it should work... I do this for our customers at my real life job.. When we assign them space say a /24 or /22 even out of our space we delegate that to them in ARIN... France would be RIPE..
So IF said customer does BAD stuff - like spam via their IPs that get that whole freaking block on block lists... Its just their /X and not our whole parent /Y what would effect all of other customers..
So if your small ISP got space from the bad parent - they need to work with the parent to get their space actually delegated to them so that they can work on cleaning up the space so their customers are happy.
I know this is not your fault, etc. Just providing info..
Can you send me your specific IP.. Or does it change all the time and I can look to whitelisting..

Free, so do you have this big advantage : a usable IPv6 ?
If so, force your local device to use IPv6 to post here.If not, well, your good for opening VPN then.
Btw : when I visit https://www.stopforumspam.com/removal from my PC @home (ISP Orange) I see the same red text about proxad/iiard.

I just looked Gertjan your currently connected via IPv6 2001:470:XXXXXXXXX

Well, that would be a miracle then !
My home setup, the box, is a "IPv4" only. I'm using 86.199.153.122. -
Ah didn't notice the days ago.. You have multiple sessions some of them months old ;)
BTW Gertjan I don't see you using that IP currently... that .122 one you posted above.
-
And now I'm connected to @work - using a box from the same ISP, they call it "professional" but still no IPv6.
But.... pfSense + he.net + OpenVPN = home connected to IPv6 :Right now :
My IP Address Is: IPv6: 2001:470:ccea:2:0:0:0:1000 IPv4: 82.127.34.254
and
ISP: Hurricane Electric LLC City: Roubaix Region: North Country: France
IPv4 = work = same ISP = Orange.
IPv6 = as shown : he.net (I love these guys - their services are rock-solid !)edit : I "login" here every day, not "6 days ago".
-
That IP is listed.. with 2 sessions.. firefox 52 from 4 months and 61 from 5 months... It doesn't kill sessions unless you log out..
I can revoke them all if we want to see current info ;)
-
I must be missing it but how do you log out?

Ah.. its invisible with the dark theme.!
If you think yours is hard to find, have a look at the other dark theme :
Anyway, found it because I knew it was some where ... ;)
edit : humm, @chpalmer et me are using the same theme. @Grimson is using the easy one.
-
Yes, the Dark themes have various visual glitches that have been reported but not addressed.
