Disable specific email from pfBlocker?

Is there a way to stop notification like that below?

Look at pfblockerNG.log to see what is happening with these 2 aliases.
Run a Force Reload all to see if it creates the tables.

I solved by deleting the relevant rules. (pfB_Top_v4')
