      pfsense 2.4.4p1BSD x64
installed ( 6 interfaces(2 wan with lb, fs), snort, squid(+clamav), squidguard, ntopng, lightsquid)
      on VM, proxmox ( 1VM 6 cores +15Gbram qemu)
      VHDD qemu( 50Gb)
Misc config ( RAMDISK for /var(4Go) and /TMP(2Go)

when i log in webgui, loading board panel is verrrrrrrrrrrrry long. near 5 minutes to spawn... is it normal ?
All other menu items are instant viewed !

        Hi,

@megs said in board panel : long, looooong time to load...:

        Make this list shorter.
Just pfSense with an interface or two - nothing else.
        Setup WAN, and test.
        Still slow ?
If not, add packages one by one, separated by a test pause.

You will find the factor that slows down your machine : correct settings or stop using it.

Edit : and where are the logs ??

Back in the 2.1.x days, bad DNS would make WebGUI slow as molasses.
