How can I change my signature?

I did.... I don't see any signature
Only:
Full Name / Location / Birthday / Group Title
Change Picture / Change Username / Change Email / Change Password -

What domain handles it? I block a ton of stuff including google-analytics is that the likely problem?
EDIT
Just tried Chromium browser and I don't see any evidence of a profile. I read something about "Reputation Points" - is that possibly the issue. -

It would appear I have the same issue, but with a fun twist. I have not used this forum in many, many years… and my old signature from likely 2014 is still here but uneditable
.I guess I need some thumbs up…. Or if a forum mod can just wipe out my old signature that would be fine as well.
Funny that the signature says I’ll have a ZFS array soon, my current array is going on 5 years of harddrive on time. Time flies.

Click on the round profile 'image', at the top right corner.
Then Edit Profile :
Look at the bottom of the page.
