Old pfSense account lost

How can I use my old pfSense account? I had to setup a new Netgate account, which shows me as a noob with a 1 week old account, rather than years with pfSense.

Awesome...I don't know the email address from 10 years ago.
I know the username, but the login at username doesn't work.

Assuming I'm looking at the correct account, the old e-mail address starts with ken instead of k, otherwise it's the same as the address on your new account.

Thanks, but I don't receive an email to ken.....@gmail.com. I also tried ken.....@hotmail.com.

Solved...support helped me access my original account.
