Captive Portal loss

Hi ,
i have installed pfsense 2.4.4 on 2 Box's (MASTER and SLAVE )
after upgrade pfsense from 2.4.4 to 2.4.4.2p each change in config in Master (add vlan , interface ...etc )
the captive portal config in SLAVE automatically deleted and disapeared !!Thanks in advance

after reading your post for the second time, I do realize that my post was not answering your problem
in 2.4.4 an issue has been fixed about captive portal zone that was not removed on the slave when deleting a captive portal on master (https://redmine.pfsense.org/issues/8808)
I guess this fix induced another bug, ("captive portal zones are removed on slave even if captive portal HA sync is disabled") -

The problem is as follows :when enabled HA sync captive portal :
all users become after a peroid of time internet interrupting ,"you are already connected" ,..etc

fixed the problem ,but each change in Master (add vlan ,interface , firewall Rules ,change in captiveportal setting )
captive portal will deleted on the slave automatic and disconnect all users :
