If you want to monitor services you should install a monitoring solution like Check_mk or similar.

We had configure HA proxy forntend backend notification but there is somthing missing so we require idea of it.we get test mail from pfsense to us but while backend down we did not get notification.

We are using zimbra mail sever and we found after restart mail server notification will be start ...but problem is we can not restart zimbra server again for it.is there any permanent solution.

check /var/log/zimbra.log for SMTP hits at the time of alert generation.
