        Which field have you got your account ID in? the last one I assume?

          Account ID?? Do you mean a valid email account? If so then yes. The Notification E-Mail auth username (optional) parameter is the sending account. It has to be a valid account, not an alias.

                  Well, this definitely works for me. SMTP response code 554 is 'Transaction failed'. How helpful. Perhaps take a look on the office365 side. It looks like that user isn't allowed to send on that server maybe? Also, make sure that the From field also contains a valid email address that office365 is aware of.

                      What was it, specifically? The return address? Or the user permission to send?
