Dashboard Traffic Graph In/Out Inconsistent

Hi,

We are using 2.2.1, not quite sure when this issue first appeared.

The Out on LAN does not match In on WAN, when they should.
The correct number is ~50Mbps as measured on the receiving computer.
This is for a download, on upload the graphs are reversed but still wrong.
In this case the traffic was IPsec, but regular internet traffic has the same issue.
