Customer Support Chat Window on Verizon.com

I know this is oddly specific and only someone who has Verizon can help me here but I think I am somehow blocking the support chat window in my Verizon account and I can't figure out what it is that I am blocking that would cause it. When I am on my hotspot, it shows up but when I am on my WiFi and running through pfblockerng, it doesn't show up and the link won't open the window.
