WAN says connected but no Internet on Lan - pfBlockerNG seems to be the issue.

So I enabled pfBlockerNG on the Netgate SG-3100 and enabled GeoIP Blocking on Inbound Only for all countries except for the US.
Works fine for about a day and then we can't access the internet. When I disable pfBlockerNG internet on LAN begins to work again.
