The timestamp in the firewall logs is 7 hours ahead of the system time and the timestamps in the system logs. Is this a configuration setting or a bug?

What did you choose for the time zone in settings?

Try switching to America/Vancouver and see if that fixes it..

I thought there was once a setting to change logs to GMT but Im unable to find it now if it was there..

Have you rebooted since you set the time zone? The time zone for some processes only gets set at boot time.

You shouldn't have to change to another zone to correct that.
