1x1 Pixel on login

I changed the admin HTTPS port to 8443 and after attempting to log in again, I get a 1x1 pixel, whether via hostname or local IP.
Plugins I have running are ACME and pfBlockerNG. Now I'm locked out, can anyone shed some light on what might be happening here, and how I can get back in? I did not explicitly enable SSH. Just set this up last night.

You probably have pfblockerNG with DNSBL enabled that use 8443 by default.
From the console, you could restore a recent configuration to get back to the WebGUI.

That's probably what it is. I'm guessing SSH is not enabled by default? I can't SSH in.

Nope. You need console access then.
