squid error messages show in different languages

Hi all,

My environment:

2.4.4-RELEASE-p1
Squid 0.4.44_7 / 3.5.27_3

Invalid URL gives me:

The following error was encountered while trying to retrieve the URL: http://invalid.url/
Unable to determine IP address from host name "invalid.url"

A direct request to http://proxy:3128 returns:

При отриманні URL: / виникла помилка.
Недійсний URL

which translates to:

Receiving URL: / Error Occurred.
Invalid URL

What's the reason for this behavior and how to make all messages display in English?

Hey, you're getting extra languages at no additional charge

I tried using your example and when I go to http://pfsense.mydomain.local:3128/, I get:

The following error was encountered while trying to retrieve the URL: /

    Invalid URL

Some aspect of the requested URL is incorrect.

Some possible problems are:

    Missing or incorrect access protocol (should be "http://" or similar)
    Missing hostname
    Illegal double-escape in the URL-Path
    Illegal character in hostname; underscores are not allowed.

Your cache administrator is admin@localhost.

Services - Squid Proxy Server - General - Headers Handling, Language and Other Customizations - Error Language is set to en?

@KOM It was set to "uk" so I changed to "en", saved and restarted service which has fixed the issue. TA
