User Manager wont show up and cant add user account

Hello! A few days ago, I configured OpenVpn in my box and it works fine. But this time I want to configure also my captive portal, and then I went to user manager to add user, no add button appears on that side. see picture

Log on as "admin", not as another user with admin privileges.

This is known issue - there is a patch.. But yeah quick work around is to just log in with admin.. BRB with link to patch.
