Per user bandwidth quotas… Anything available?

I'm looking for some creative ways to avoid abuse on my captive portal for wireless onboarding…  I know the CP can restrict data rate, but is there anything that can do something like set a total amount of bytes to be transferred for a given period of time, then restrict access to the authenticated user?

Try RADIUS with 2.2.3. (Earlier versions are pointless due to a bug.)
