Pfsense 2.5 status?

Hello,
When reviewing open bug claims, I noticed that there are over 150, .... what is the goal of version 2.5 coming into the production branch as it looks as if development has stopped.

122 bugs, 78 bugs assigned, 44 new. From 78 assigned we have 13 "resolved" and 33 "feedback", 7 "Confirmed".
This is definitely means that development is in progress. Also github have some other changes that are not reflected on redmine. -
Also, the bug count will not reach zero necessarily. They have previously released updates while leaving some issues unresolved until later releases. It all depends on the nature and severity of the bug. I don't want them holding a release with important fixes back because of some bizarre corner-case that affects virtually nobody.
