IPv4 Domain custom lists and CRON interval updates

I am having an issue with the functionality of the IPv4 custom lists when used for domains. The lists are translated to IPs upon Force Update and a table of the addresses associated with the DNS resolution is created.

From that point forward the only time those tables are updated are via Force Update and Force Reload. Cron appears to disregard the custom list when running its interval updates UNLESS the list itself is appended with changes. Otherwise it does not automatically re-resolve the current list for IP changes. Just started causing issues as the first of my domain custom list entries switched over to an AWS host that is revolving the IP.

Is there a way to guarantee a check upon each CRON interval?
