that's bad, could you please advice some mini pcie wifi card which can do 2.4/5Ghz with high speed?

generally wifi support on freebsd is bad, really bad... it would be best to buy an external access point
if you really want.. atheros usually works the best
take in mind that there is no support for 802.11ac so don't buy card for that, only 802.11n works... somehow
if you want to betatest 802.11ac card (i repeat there is no support for 802.11ac on freebsd!!) there is this discussion

As mentioned, go with a separate AP. That way you can put it where it provides the best signal, rather than be limited to where your firewall is. Many AP also support PoE, so you don't even need to have AC power handy.

Used freebsd few years ago, the main disadvantage for me - to install software I should compile it. Now using centos on server, much faster to install software -
While you might be able to get pfSense to do some of those things, I'd say go with a separate box. The FreeBSD under pfSense is not the full FreeBSD.

pfSense is focused on firewall only
dlna / torrent /smb are out of the scope

Definitely use a separate box for server like services such as that.
The best you can manage for wifi in pfSense directly is 3x3 802.11n which will give you a theoretical link speed of 450Mbps.
I have a Sparklan card that works but any similar Atheros chipset based card will likely work.
