My traffic network like crazy

Sometime my network traffice like crazy as my picture.
Somebody tell me why?

What network device / brand ?
Speed ?
VLAN or not ?
Interface names are not private info ....
Need more info.It look like no traffic information comes back from de device's driver, and the Traffic Graph can't 'draw'.

speed network: 1GB,
VLAN: Yes
Normal is very good, But sometime is like this.
I don't why. -
