Squid3: activate squidclamav -> sguidguard stops

And on browsing it says:

This means that some aspect of the ICAP communication failed.
Some possible problems are:

• The ICAP server is not reachable.

• An Illegal response was received from the ICAP server.[/l][/l][/l][/l]

  C-icap and clamd and squid3 are running at the meantime.
  Trying to restart squidguard doesn't work.
  Disable squidclamav -> squidguard starts again.
