      can not create vlan
      The message states Only VLAN capable interfaces will be shown.

      How do I get this to work thanks

        Probably by finding the root cause and fixing it. You've provided zero details about your configuration, so it's anyone's guess what you're doing.

            Well, first thing might be to give us some details about your configuration. Virtual or physical installation? What types of NICs are you using?

              Not all Ethernet interfaces have hardware support for VLAN, watch at end of this document
