Web Gui unable to access from external network

I'm bit new to pfsense and I have Pfsense 2.4.4-RELEASE-p3 (amd64) installed on a system unit my issue that i encounter. I am able to access my pf sense Web GUI through LAN and WAN through Internal network but when i try to access it in external network in a different site office using different a Internet Service Provider WEB GUI do not appear and site can't be reached but it pingable from CMD.

We have a pfsense installed in different site location on. Its hassle for me to go onsite in each location for monitoring and configuration.

any help would be greatly appreciated
can you provide step by step process thanks and more power
