      Hi,

I have configure OpenVPN and its working perfectly with IP address as remote. Can i connect with host name instead of public IP ? if i change config file with host name it's not working. It says only with IPv4. Is there any suggestion to connect remote server with dynamic DNS through VPN ?

@fulail It should work fine. I do it. You should assign the DDNS address to the public IP. Can you ping the DDNS host by name? The line in your config file should be

        remote yourDDNSname yourport yourprotocol
