Transparent Proxy MITM eat Memory

Hi people.

I have a strange issue, I'm working on a Inspiron Small Desktop 3470 8GB RAM.

The system once I enable the MITM squid start eating all the memory, I had try different settings, but I detect that is just the MITM module.

If I don't enable this, squid works normally.

Does the hw is the issue? any tips will be appreciated.
