Auto guest account or self create

I am looking for a way, through Captive Portal, users for a wireless guest network to be created automatically on the MS AD system or within pfSense users, without the need for prior registration, is there any way?
I am using RADIUS (active directory) as a first login and as a second I would like to use pfSense itself as an alternative to guests.
