      Hello Guys - I think I have a typical newbee question. I have installed and configured Squid/ClamAV as the only package in pfSense. Now I like to test ClamAV with eicar from http://www.eicar.org. But I cant reach/open this site. In IE I receive an in ICAP protocoll error. Without pfSense I can download the eicar files without any problems. I have no problems with other websites. Can somebody help me ?

        Is the proxy/clamd service running, did you updated ClamAV via freshclam before the first run?

        And you need to setup Squid/SSLBump properly, in order to make ClamAV effective.
