Slow browsing, transparent proxy

Good morning, I installed a transparent proxy with mikrotik. I am currently having performance problems, accessing a site takes 20 seconds on average.

The hardware is idle, latency and network is perfect, without changes in the speedtest results.

When I access a site, it is delayed in "establishing a secure connection" Pfsense is configured in "splice all"

any ideas?
